    Dr. Huaitao “Tom” Zhang, DPM, AACFAS

    Lead Surgeon, and Practice Owner

    I’m a foot and ankle surgeon who’s proud to call Livermore home, and I’m committed to providing the kind of care I’d want for my own family—thorough, timely, and truly patient-focused. I completed my undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University, earned my podiatric medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, and trained in a high-surgical-volume, trauma and reconstructive residency at Kaiser Santa Clara Medical Center. From routine foot and ankle problems to complex reconstruction and advanced wound care, my goal is to deliver exceptional outcomes with clear communication, personalized treatment plans, and a team that treats every patient with respect and compassion.

    I am currently on staff/affiliated with Stanford Trivalley Hospital, and Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.
